I want to express my deep appreciation for quality service that we experienced with your company this month during our visit to New York. As you know, I had much trepidation traveling with my infant son Mason. But as my husband and I had to both be in town for a week during Toy Fair, taking him along was a necessity. Finding and using your service made our trip a great success.

I especially appreciate having the same sitter throughout the week. Juana was terrific with Mason. She was tender and caring and the two of them got on very well. It gave me a calm piece of mind when I had to leave each day to go to work. I look forward to working with you, and Juana if she is available, again on our future trips to the city.

I am writing to let you know how impressed we were with your services, in particular with our sitter, Leslie. Each evening she arrived punctually. Her honesty, good nature and "toys" immediately put my husband and I at ease. We plan to return to New York in 1999 and hopefully we will be able to call on you then. On the last night Leslie looked after our son, he was ill and unhappy. She comforted him and cuddled him as if he were her own. Congratulations on a job well done!
