Our Leadership

Baby Sitters’ Guild has always had a focus on excellence and education. Former owner Heidi Davalos, a teacher at elite NYC private schools, emphasized child development and enrichment.

Today, her daughter Maria Davalos continues this legacy as CEO, bringing experience from top Manhattan law firms in diversity and parental programs.

Under Maria’s leadership, BSG has expanded to include corporate partnerships, cultural collaborations, and tailored in-home care, remaining dedicated to nurturing children and supporting families.
