We understand that trust is key. As all of our caregivers are rigorously vetted employees of BSG, meeting them ahead of time isn’t typically part of our process. Upon request, we can arrange a brief introductory call or meeting with your assigned sitter to ensure you’re comfortable, for $25, which will go towards your childcare appointment.

Yes, we require a minimum booking of 4 hours for all babysitting services.

Within 24 hours: The full booking fee is charged.
Within 48 hours: A minimum fee equivalent to 4 hours of service is charged.

To ensure the safety of our caregivers, there is an additional $10 charge for services ending before 9 AM and a $50 charge for services ending after 9 PM. These charges help cover the cost of safe transportation for your caregiver. These rates may vary during peak holiday times.

When you book, we charge your credit card upfront for the estimated hours of service, with a 4-hour minimum. After the service, we may adjust the charges for additional hours, transportation fees, or any optional add-ons, such as planned outings or activity costs.
