Membership Terms

  • Minimum Booking: 4 hours per session

  • Commitment: 3-month minimum term

  • Payment: All membership fees and included hours are billed and due at the start of each monthly billing cycle.

  • More than 2 children: $5/hr per additional child (please contact us)

How it Works

    • Visit our membership page and select the plan that works best for your family (Basic, Standard, or Premium).

    • Pricing is clearly outlined, and you can see exactly what you’re getting in terms of hours, discounted rates, and perks.

    • Once you’ve selected your plan, you'll be prompted to:

      • Enter Your Details: Provide your name, email, and payment information.

      • Set Up Billing: Set up your monthly recurring subscription.

    • Billing is Automatic: Your credit card will be charged monthly based on your selected membership tier, and you’ll receive a reminder email 7 days before your next billing cycle. We require a 3 month minimum commitment. After 3 months you may cancel at any time with 30 days notice (via email or phone).

    • After subscribing, you’ll receive access to our dedicated booking portal. You will receive a unique code that gives you access to a private booking calendar. Use this code to schedule your babysitting hours quickly and easily through our secure portal.

    • Your membership hours are preloaded into your account, so you can book sitters as needed.

    • Your membership gives you priority booking during busy seasons, discounted rates, and exclusive perks like a free Kids Adventure Add-On annually (for Premium members)

    • Unused Hours? No Problem: If you don’t use all your hours in a billing cycle, Standard and Premium Members can roll them over.

    • You can update or cancel your subscription at any time after the initial 3-month commitment.

FAQs

  • Unused hours roll over for up to 6 months for Premium Members, giving you the flexibility to use your hours when you need them most. For Basic and Standard Members, unused hours can roll over for up to 3 months.

  • We require a minimum commitment of 3 months to ensure you fully benefit from the program. After that, you may cancel at any time with a 30-day notice. Your remaining hours will still be valid until the end of your final month.

  • As a member, you’ll receive access to our exclusive booking portal. Simply log in, select your preferred time and date, and we’ll match you with a trusted, vetted sitter. Need consistency? You can also request the same caregiver whenever possible.

  • If you exceed your monthly hours, you can easily purchase additional hours at your discounted member rate, saving 10-15% off our regular hourly pricing.

  • Yes, you can upgrade or change your membership tier at any time to better fit your family’s needs. The changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

  • Yes, there is a minimum booking requirement of 4 hours per session to ensure both the sitter’s availability and your family’s needs are met.

  • Yes, there is an additional charge of $5 per hour for each additional child beyond the first, ensuring all children receive high-quality care and attention.

  • Membership fees and your included hours are billed at the beginning of each monthly billing cycle. This ensures that your hours are available for booking right away.

  • Once you purchase your subscription, you will receive a unique code that gives you access to a private booking calendar. Use this code to schedule your babysitting hours quickly and easily through our secure portal.

  • After completing at least 3 months of continuous membership, you’ll receive a special code to redeem your free Kids Adventure Add-On. Simply enter the code when booking through our private calendar, or contact our team to schedule your sitter-led excursion. We’ll take care of the rest!

  • Yes, blackout dates may apply during high-demand periods, such as major holidays. On these dates, full payment is required, and discounts or membership hour redemptions cannot be applied. Additionally, membership discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or special offers.
